OTJ: Team View Report columns

OTJ Status:
Gets the total target for all active personal goals with ID '002'. It then checks the next log due date for all active check-in type performance activities for this user and displays correct colour code for status as follows:

• Green if the next log due in 30 – 10 days - 'on target'
• Amber if the next log due in 10 – 3 days - 'marginal'
• Red if next log dues in less than 3 days - 'behind'
• Red outline white box if overdue - 'due now'
• it will display '-' and green box if no target found for this user.

OTJ Logs:
Gets the performance activity status for check-in type activities and if the status is 'complete' it displays a green 'on track' icon, else it displays a red 'alert' icon. If no check-in type activities for this user it will display 'not submitted'

OTJ Compliance:
Checks that an evidence record has been added for each month between the start date of the users active LP and the last full month from now. If there is at least 1 month where a record was not added then a red 'alert' icon is displayed, else a green 'on track' icon is displayed
