Using the Certification Completion report

If you have the necessary permissions, reports can be generated on staff compliance completions.

1.) Click on the reports tab

2.) Click on the report titled 'Certification Completion'

3.) You can then either filter by searching for a specific module at a time, e.g. below:

Note: ensure user status is set to 'Active' e.g. below:

4.) If you wish, you can filter your search via 'Status' below, to identify either certified, expired, not certified etc. We recommend changing 'is equal to' to 'is any value' for the report to show you a full picture.

5.) Click 'Search'

6.) You can then export the results to Excel, by clicking Export at the bottom of the page.

7.) Alternatively you can export the report to include all modules by not using the 'Certification name filter'.

It's worth noting when following up with people who have expired training - that some people may have completed some of the training, but it's showing as expired or not complete, and potential reasons for this may be:

  • They completed the course before the renewal window (renewal windows open 3 months before expired date).
  • They have not clicked on all mandatory elements within a module - there may be a simple dropdown box not clicked, an assessment not taken or a video not watched.
  • A connection error occurring upon completion time.
  • They completed a year ago but it feels less than a year to the user
