My progress did not save
If you have completed modules within your eLearning - and returned at a later time to complete it - progress should have saved. If not, here are some tips to ensure it saves correctly in the future:
- It is very important you do not leave the course window open for an extended amount of time. If you need to exit, please use the course provided exit buttons, otherwise, it is very likely that your tracking in the course will be lost.
- If applicable, please do not close any window behind the one the course opens up in until you are ready to exit the course entirely.
- Please make sure you are on a strong uninterrupted network. If the internet connection is compromised at all you could lose your progress.
- We recommend exiting from time to time to make sure you are being tracked or taking the course in one sitting.
