OTJ's appearing in Red font colour

If a learner's OTJ's are appearing as Red colour as shown below, then this would indicate that their learning plan start date is incorrect. Please check the learning plan dates on the FI learn account match what is outlined on the learners planner and inform the helpdesk by raising a ticket if they are incorrect.
