Progress Reviews: How to book reviews

Instructions:

1.) Go to your coach course, progress review forms tile and click the learner you’re booking the review for:

2.) Click on the 3 dots in the right corner, followed by 'Edit event'

3.) Input the time and date of the Progress Review by selecting the cog icon. 

4.) Click OK and scroll further down the page. In the details box, you can now add specific information for that particular apprentice. From here, you'll select the Teams button, circled below.

5.) Click ‘Create meeting link’

6.) Please name the review with the same naming convention as your audio recording e.g. Progress Review – Learner name. Then click add link. This link will now appear within the Details box.

7.) In the ‘Custom fields’ section you can add any documents you wish the learner to access before the review. Once done, click save changes at the bottom of the page.

8.) Then, to add attendees to the review, Click the 3 dots next to the event and select 'Attendees'

9.) In the Actions drop-down box select ‘Add users’

Search for your apprentice, click add, then click continue.

10.) Leave the notifications as they are and click confirm.

11.) You will then receive an email notification with the review booking details. Only you as the coach will receive this. 

12.) Click ‘Meeting’ and send this to your apprentice and their line manager. Please ensure you change the time and date to match the date stated in the body of the email.
