Progress Reviews: How to write up the review
1. From the main menu at the top of your FI Learn dashboard, click the dropdown menu and select Progress reviews
2. This will take you to ‘Performance activities’. Click ‘select participants’.
3. On the next page, please enter the name and email address of the relevant line manager. To add another participant, click the plus sign. Click save. This will now take you back to the ‘performance activities page’.
4. The PR card will take 24 hours to appear. Then select the ‘As Manager’ tab, and you’ll see all your Progress Review cards (there is one card per review). These will remain there until the review is closed.
5. Click on the relevant card for your learner and write up your review in the space available. Please ensure you are using the correct date (the date you used when setting up the seminar, it must match).
6. Once this has been signed by all parties (you, the line manager and the apprentice) it will close automatically. If the line manager or apprentice doesn’t complete it, you can close it down manually. A new card will appear the following day.
Note: Once you’ve closed or completed a card, it will move to the activity log further down the page and a new card will appear the following day within the 'Select participants' tab.
