ISP courses not showing as complete

Where an ISP course is not showing as complete on a learner's record of learning or the progress bar has not updated on their course, even though you have marked it, it may be that the incorrect setting marking workflow setting has been selected from the dropdown menu. To ensure completion upon successful grading, please ensure the option from the grading workflow has been selected as 'released'. Please see example attachment.
