Submissions: Not appearing on my task list / I'm not receiving notifications

Coaches will receive notifications telling them their apprentices have completed work. If a learner has uploaded a submission and it does not appear on your task list or you are not receiving a notification, it is likely to be because you have not added the course to the apprentice's learning plan.

You will need to add the 'Accounting Apprenticeship - submissions' course to their learning plan to resolve this.
