Progress Reviews: Review for my apprentice has an AAT DL tutor

We have scenarios where apprentices are doing an AAT DL course at the same time as their normal PQ courses (ie where they can't attend the AAT classroom course), and we have had significant development work done so that the notifications work correctly where learners are assigned to both an AAT DL tutor and a coach.

When opening a new PR for your learner however, the tutor will also be linked to it as well as the coach. Where there is a DL tutor assigned to a PR, you can find the review from manage participation and click on where it says '4 instances' for the user.

After clicking on the instances, find the row for the AAT DL tutor and click the 3 dots followed by delete.

This will avoid any issues with the PR.
