Progress Reviews: Wrong line manager attached to a progress review

If you have accidentally added the wrong email/manager as an external respondent in a PR, you'll need to close the review instance (via manage participation ‘subject instance’ then clicking the 3 dots, highlighted below). This will close that instance and 24 hours later a new instance will appear allowing you to add a new external respondent.
