Progress Reviews: A new PR isn't showing

After a progress review has been fully signed off by all instances, and the review is complete, a new one will generate in your 'select participants' tab 24 hours later. If you have signed off a review and it's not showing after 24 hours, it is likely that there are instances not yet signed off in the review and are still showing as 'in progress' and therefore the review is still open.

You can check by finding the review from the 'As Manager' tab and clicking view details:

Or you can also check and manage the instances by going to  from your performance dashboard , selecting the review type, once loaded then search for the learner. You can then click on the instances under 'participants' and manage the review using the 3 dots.
