Progress Reviews: PR information isn't pulling through correctly

There are 2 potential reasons for this:

• This can happen when learners are manually enrolled onto an old coach course and not manually unenrolled when the learner changes to a new coach.
• This can happen if your coach course settings are not correct

When learners are manually enrolled onto an old coach course and not manually unenrolled when the learner changes to a new coach.

This is because learners are automatically enrolled onto a coach course (based on who the system recognises as their current coach). If they have been manually enrolled previously, and then automatically enrolled recently, they then belong to two different coach courses. This results in data pulling through into the reports inaccurately (e.g. below):

You can check if a learner belongs to two coach courses from the learner's profile / course details at the bottom (look for the old coach's name).

To correct this, ask the learner's previous coach, someone with senior access, or a Centre Admin to visit the old coach course and remove the learner's manual enrolment, by following the below instructions: 

1.) Go to the old coach course.

2.) Go to the administration block and select 'users' followed by 'enrolled users'

3.) Select 'Manual' from the 'Enrolment methods' dropdown followed by

4.) Select 

5.) Find the learner's name who you wish to remove from manual enrolment, and select the red x button to unenroll them.

6.) This may take up to 1 hour to update in the system - please don't worry if the PR data does not update immediately in the reports.

7.) Please then let the new coach know this has been actioned. The new coach will not need to add any manual enrolments.

When your coach course settings are not correct

1.) Go into your coach course and click edit settings

2.) Check the custom fields are set as per below:
