Managing users: Learner RAG Status

To set and to change the learner's RAG status:

1. Search for the learner profile on FI Learn, click on the learner’s name and then click ‘Edit profile’ (found under the ‘User details’ area)

2. Scroll down to ‘Other fields’ and click on the dropdown arrow next to ‘RAG Status’ and select the relevant status Click on ‘Update profile’ to save

3. Open the ‘Team view report’ on FI Learn – the ‘RAG Status’ will display (please note that when viewing the data on FI Learn, you may need to click on the report and then use your keyboard arrows to scroll across to view all data)
