Remove old learners / unwanted activities from Select Participants

Sometimes the Select Participants tab will still show the names of learners who have completed or moved on, and unwanted PR types may be showing which are no longer needed.

A centre admin will be able to clear anything no longer needed in this area. Please use instructions below:

1.) Access the report Centre Admin - Performance activity subject instances: Manage participation 

2.) Input the learner name and activity name onto the report and click search

3.) Identify the entry you want to remove completely from the 'select participants' tab, this will be listed as 'pending', 'open' and 'not started' 

4.) Click on the 3 dots next to Actions followed by Delete. This entry will no longer show in the select participants tab. Do not delete any other entries.
