Suspending or Unsuspending a user's FI Learn account
There may be a time when you are requested to Suspend or Unsuspend a user's FI Learn account. Your centre admins can action* this process by following the below instructions:
*It is important to note that when re-activating a learner's account when they are on BiL or LNA, that no new learning or anything is logged on the account.
To Suspend a user's account:
Option 1:
Find the user in FI Learn and click into their profile page and select edit profile:
Click the small square to Suspend the account:
Select Update profile:
Option 2:
Find the user in FI learn and select the padlock icon in actions:
Select Suspend user account and update:
To Unsuspend a user's account:
Option 1
Find the user in FI Learn - you may need to change the 'user status' filter to 'any value' first:
Once you have found the user click the padlock icon to access the Manage user login page:
You can then choose to activate the user's account and update:

Access the Manage user login from the Administration block located in the users profile page:
Again same process, you can then activate and update the user's account here:
