How to obtain FI Learn scores from the Power BI report

Here is a link to the Power BI report, which all staff can use to obtain scores from activities within FI Learn.

The report is refreshed daily (around 8am) and includes scores from any quiz or assignment activities completed in FI Learn since go-live in 2020, up to and including the previous day.

Although courses are periodically deleted from FI Learn in line with our obsolete course deletion policy, their scores remain available in the Power BI report.

In addition to accessing scores from obsolete or deleted courses, this report is also useful for obtaining very recent scores, as it runs much more efficiently than the FI Learn Course Grades Report.
