Optional questions in skills scans

When learners are completing the self reflection questions in a skills scan, the questions are displayed as 'optional':

In reality, if your learner leaves all the sections blank and tries to submit, it confuses the logic in the system and doesn't save and close the section.

In order to resolve this, please ask your learner to input something into the fields - eg "N/A" or "discussed on call" as shown above. It will then allow your learner to save and close the self reflection section.
