Learner cannot access a course
If a learner cannot access a course, they will see the following message:
'This course is currently unavailable to learners'
If a learner can view this message; this indicates that they have not been enrolled onto the course.
You will need to either;
- Go back and book the learner via the CRM (Administrate or AccessPlanit); OR
- Enrol the learner manually via the course itself - NB you can only do this if the user already exists in FI Learn and do not forget to add the course group (I.e. Cambridge, Reading, Online etc.)
