Manually enrolling a learner to a course / Manually remove a learner from a course
Please Note: You must be logged into FI Learn on the same browser to see the screenshots and images below:
To enrol a learner:
1. Navigate to the course, then the course Administration block - and click on 'Users', 'Enrolled users'

2. Click on 'Enrol users' and add the learner as a 'Learner'


3. Ensure the learner is also added to any applicable group/s in the course
Please note: ALL learners must be in at least one group in the course - this should be the main centre group. Not being a member of the centre group can cause other access issues

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you speak to your Operations team before manually enrolling a learner to a course
To manually remove a learner from a course:
1. Navigate to the course, then the course Administration block - and click on 'Users', 'Enrolled users'

2. Search for the learner using their name in the search box - then click the red cross under enrolment methods to remove the learner from the course:
