Managing Users: Dealing with apprenticeship progressions / completions

When dealing with apprenticeship progressions / completions, you should follow the steps shown on the PDF.

The team who send the completion paperwork to the UK apps team, need to provide a list of names and emails to their ops/admin team so they are able to process their steps.

If the ops team wish to change usernames and emails in bulk, you can complete the attached template 'Change username and email in bulk' and attach the CSV to a helpdesk ticket for the LMS Team to upload.

It's extremely important that this completion process is followed. Failure to do so will result on the new apprenticeship being added to their existing FI Learn account. FI Learn is not designed to work in this way. New apprenticeships need to be added to fresh accounts in FI Learn. If you follow this process correctly, there won't be any problems in FI Learn. NB the user accounts stays the same in the CRM (ADM/accessplanit).
