Progress Reviews: Wrong type of review is being created (USE, USPRE, SE, SPRE)

If the wrong type of review is being generated for your learner (eg USE, USPRE, SE, SPRE ) it is likely that your learner has studied with a different centre previously who used a different type.

In order to resolve this you must go into the learner's profile, edit profile, admin only and populate the custom fields 'Reviews' and 'Reviews #2' with the correct information.

Below is a list of which fields to select depending on which review types you use:

• Unstructured / No pre review (USE)
• Unstructured / pre review (USPRE) 
• Structured / no pre review (SE) 
• Structured / pre review (SPRE)

Once the Review profile fields have been changed, please wait an hour for the system to catch up and generate the correct PR for your learner. Once you see the correct one appearing, you can then delete the incorrect one (if you do this before the audience catches up it will generate again). 

To delete - go to manage participation, find the one you wish to remove and select it, you can then delete it.
