Single Sign On (SSO) Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing difficulty logging in via Single Sign On (SSO) - please try the following before raising a ticket:
- Ensure you are clicking the staff only button
- Check your MS Authenticator app is working
- Do you know your FI password (previously known as FI email password)?
- If you do not know your FI password or do not have your authenticator app working, please contact https://firstintuition.freshservice.com
- Check you have cleared auto-fill data from your Chrome Browser (set to time range all time): chrome://settings/clearBrowserData (advanced tab, make sure auto-fill form data is ticked)
- Check you have disabled any Chrome extensions
- Check you are using Chrome browser and it is the most up to date version
Below are some issues also experienced:
- The staff only button is not showing. Possible solution: Zooming out within the web browser will display the full login page and potentially display the button
- The staff only button does nothing when clicked. Possible solution: Click on the windows icon to left of the words 'staff only'
If you have tried the above and are still unable to login, please raise a helpdesk ticket.
