Learner legacy appraisals

To access a learner's legacy appraisal, please see instructions below:

1.) Find the suspended user account (change 'user status' to 'any value')

2.) Click on the user profile and log in as them

3.) Paste the following URL into your URL bar (whilst logged in as the learner) https://learn.filearn.co.uk/totara/appraisal/index.php

4.) you should be able to access their full list of legacy appraisals.

You can then click on the reviews and click  and then print to PDF if evidence is required.
