Issues opening & closing exhibits in mocks

If you or a learner are experiencing issues opening or closing exhibits within a mock, this is a browser issue within Chrome. To resolve, please check all the below steps and settings are correct in your/the learners Chrome browser:

  • Go into - Settings, privacy and security - third party cookies should be allowed
  • Go into - Settings, privacy and security - site settings, content - Javascript - should be allowed
  • Go into - Settings, privacy and security - content, pop-up and redirect - should be allowed
  • Go into - Settings, extensions and disable any Adobe extensions you may have (particularly Adobe pro - you can disable them with the toggle bar - just slide to off) - Then try again
  • Go into - Settings, about Chrome and check you're on the most up to date version:
    Chrome is up to date Version 142.0.7444.176 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Once all the above have been actioned, close and re-open the browser.

This should resolve the problem, but if you find it still does not, please raise a helpdesk ticket attaching any evidence e.g screenshots of the settings.
