Recommended Browser Settings

FI Learn works on most browsers without any problems.

If a learner is experiencing any issues within a course, these are the recommended browser and settings (we always recommend using Google Chrome where possible, and checking these settings):

Ø Go to Chrome settings (click on the three dots in the top right of the browser)

Ø Select ‘settings’ then ‘privacy and security’ from the menu on the left, and click on ‘cookies and other site data’:

Ø Make sure ‘block third-party cookies’ is not ticked.

NB: If the learner does not want to use Google chrome browser, ask them to find the equivalent setting in their browser of choice and ensure third-party cookies are not blocked.
