How to create NEW users in FI Learn and enrol on to courses
Step 1: CSV upload
Please watch this video to learn how to upload your users to FI Learn. You will need to complete the attached template named Tenant upload new users.

NOTE FOR EDGE LEARNERS: Some tenants will want to give access to study hub materials for some of their learners (they pay a premium for this - the Edge package), in order to grant access to these additional materials, your CSV import file, needs to add them to a course group named 'Edge'. Your CSV import would look like this if you were enrolling a student from ABC Limited on to ACCA BT:
IMPORTANT STEP: Ensure tenant is selected before uploading.
Step 2: HR import
Please watch this video to learn how to do the HR import. This step links your users to your organisation which allows you to view and report on them properly in the system. You will need to complete the attached template named HR Import - Tenant.
Your organisation ID can be found in the org ID column on your users report.
How to update EXISTING users in FI Learn and enrol on to courses
You may have a scenario where a learner already exists in FI Learn but you wish to enrol them on to new courses or add new course groups to their existing course.
Please watch this video to learn how to update existing learners. You will need to complete the template named CSV Import Template - update existing users, which is different to the one you use for creating new users.

User ID numbers can be obtained from your users report.
You do not need to do the HR import stage for existing learners as they have already been linked to the organisation when they were originally created.
